Myth : You do not have to be a mental giant to count cards. Contrary to popular belief, the card counter does not remember the frequency of every card that has gone by and calculate probabilities on the fly!
Card counting systems are constructed to give the player an idea of WHAT REMAINS in the shoe. If the shoe is favorable to the player, we bet more. If it is unfavorable, we bet less. If it is highlu unfavorable to the point of introducing a ‘dealer bias’ we leave the table and find another!
